It is free to enter and your card is only charged if you are selected to purchase after the draw is processed. The Run Fair Fee is charged if you are selected and is non-refundable. When you enter, we place a $0 pre-authorisation on your card to verify your identity.
Please note: The draw is processed by the retailer and can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days after the entry window ends. If you are selected, payment will be automatically processed at that time.
- [Delivery Launch] and [ Pick-Up & Pre-Pay Launch]: If selected, your card will be charged the retail price, shipping costs, and Run Fair® Fee (if applicable) agreed to when entering. Local taxes may also apply based on your shipping address.
- [Pick-Up & Pay Launch]: If selected, you'll receive a notification to pay in-store when picking up the product.
💳 Important: To complete your entry and secure the product, payment must be successfully processed at the time of the draw. Make sure your card has enough funds and automatic payments are enabled. Any delays—like SMS verification from your bank—can cause the payment to fail. If your payment is declined, your entry will be marked unsuccessful and we won’t be able to retry the charge. This does not apply to Pick Up & Pay Launches.
