Winsurance reserves the product for 15 minutes from the time the first payment attempt is made if the initial charge is not automatically approved. If subsequent payment attempts are also not approved, we’re unable to make any further attempts beyond the 15 minute window. The email link to update your payment method will also expire after 15 minutes.
