EQL runs the technology behind launches on behalf of the brand or retailer. We verify every entry and run the fair selection that decides who's selected to purchase. Every launch on EQL is certified Run Fair®, which means entries are checked and bad actors are filtered out before anyone is selected.
Entering a launch
Entering is free. An entry isn't a guarantee of purchase, and selection depends on how many units are available and how many valid entries there are.
If you're selected
What happens next depends on how the launch is set up:
- Most launches charge you automatically. When you're selected, your card is charged right away. If the payment is declined, your entry can't be completed. EQL+ members get extra time to fix a declined payment through Winsurance.
- Pick-Up & Pay launches let you pay in store. You won't be charged online. You'll pay when you collect the product.

When you'll hear back
You'll get an email with your result after the launch has finished processing, once every selection and payment attempt is complete. If you haven't heard back yet, the launch is still processing.
Who you're buying from
If you're selected, you're buying directly from the brand or retailer, not from EQL. They own the product and handle everything after the sale, including fulfilment, shipping updates, cancellations, and refunds.
