EQL powers the launch platform on behalf of the brand or retailer. Submitting an entry gives you a chance to purchase, it’s not a guarantee. You’ll receive an email after the launch ends letting you know if you’ve been selected. This email will arrive after the draw has concluded and all payment attempts have been processed.
If you’re selected, your purchase is made directly with the brand or retailer. They’ll handle fulfilment and any post-purchase questions, including cancellations, refunds, and shipping updates.
💡 Tip: Submitting an entry does not guarantee a purchase. To secure the product, your entry must be selected and your payment must successfully process at that moment. Confirmation emails are only sent after all selections and payments are finalized.
