If you need to update your payment method and the launch is still open, you can cancel your entry and re-enter using the new payment details. See the section on canceling an entry here.
If the launch has already closed:
If the launch has closed and you haven't been selected yet, we're unable to update your payment method at this stage.
If the launch has closed and your payment failed after selection, what happens next depends on your subscription:
EQL+ subscribers: If you were subscribed to EQL+ before the launch closed, you'll receive a payment update link via email with a 15-minute window to update your card and complete the purchase. Check your inbox (including spam).
Non-EQL+ fans: Payment update links are not guaranteed. Occasionally a launch may issue a courtesy link, but this is rare. The only guaranteed way to receive a payment link after a failed payment is to be an EQL+ subscriber before the launch closes.
