If you're seeing two pending charges, one is usually a pre-authorization hold. This places a temporary charge on your card to verify the account and ensure sufficient funds for the transaction, without actually debiting your account. Most launches include an EQL Run Fair Fee in addition to the product cost, unless you're an EQL+ subscriber.
In some cases, the charge may appear temporarily on your statement before being removed. If the secondary pending charge isn't removed after 5-7 days, contact your card provider and send any relevant information to our team (link to form).
