The most common issues with credit card authorisation are using cards from the same bank or provider across multiple entries (which may trigger a block on the transaction), insufficient funds or a low credit limit at the time of selection, or attempting to use a virtual or prepaid card.
Virtual cards include those generated by services such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, buy now pay later providers like Affirm and Klarna, and any other digital wallet or third party payment service that generates a temporary card number. While these may appear as a valid payment method at the point of entry they are not always compatible with our instant payment processing at the time of selection and may result in a failed transaction.
Using a standard credit or debit card from a major provider is always the most reliable option.
