If the launch has ended and you haven’t received an outcome email, check your spam/junk folder.
If it’s not there, return to the page where you entered, log in (or refresh the page), or log in to your EQL account at https://app.eql.com/login to check your entry status.
If your entry was selected, payment has been processed, and the retailer will contact you with shipping and tracking information once the product is available.
