If the launch has ended and you were selected to purchase but submitted incorrect details, verified entries are binding. Once confirmed, the retailer is notified that you’ve agreed to buy the product (as per the terms & conditions), making it unavailable to others.
If you need to make changes to your order after purchase, please reach out directly to the retailer using the contact information provided in your results email. Once a launch has closed, EQL is unable to modify orders within the retailer’s system.
