To cancel your entry before the launch ends, go back to the launch page (or use the link in your confirmation email) and log in to your account. You’ll see an option to “Cancel your entry.”
You should see a cancel option on your confirmation email which will take you back to the launch page. See the following screenshot for the "cancel" option in the entry confirmation email
Once you click the cancel your entry link on your confirmation email, it will take you back to the page you entered on (the "launch page"). If there is no link in your email, you can just go back to the same page you entered on.
You should see an option to "View your Entry" at the bottom. If you are seeing an option to "Enter Now" you are not logged into your account. You should click "Enter Now" and then log in to finish the process of canceling your entry. The screenshots below show what you will see if you are not logged in vs. logged in on the launch page
Tip: the system will not allow you to enter twice for any launch on the same account. If you are seeing the "Enter Now" option, you will click through that option and log into your account and then you will see the option to view entry which will include the option to cancel. No need to worry that you will enter twice, EQL prevents multiple entries on any launch from the same account.
Once you click cancel your entry, you will get a pop up button to confirm and a confirmation email confirming your entry has been canceled. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your entry was not canceled.
Tip: EQL Support cannot cancel your entry for you but if you have any issues in this process feel free to reach out to our support team and we'll be happy to assist!
Once the launch has closed, entries can’t be canceled. Verified entries are binding, and by entering, you agree to purchase the product if you are selected to purchase (as stated in the terms and conditions).
If you need to make changes to your order after purchase, please reach out directly to the retailer using the contact information provided in your results email. Once a launch has closed, EQL is unable to modify orders within the retailer’s system.
