Is my entry canceled?

If you're unsure whether your entry went through or if it was canceled, here’s how to find out:

1. Check the Launch Page

  • Go back to the launch page.

  • Make sure you're logged in. Refresh the page if needed.

  • If your entry was successful, your status will appear on the page.

  • If you see the entry form again, it likely means your entry was canceled.

⚠️ Seeing the "Enter Now" Button?

If you see an "Enter Now" option:

  • You may not be logged in.

  • Or your previous entry may have been canceled.

If your entry was canceled, you should receive an email confirmation.

 

💡 Tip: If you did *not* receive a confirmation email after entering—or suspect your entry was canceled—please contact our support team to confirm your status.

 2. Check Your EQL Account

  • Log in at app.eql.com/login to view your full entry history.

  • If the launch doesn’t show up there, your entry may have been canceled or not submitted.

3. Check Your Email

  • If your entry is canceled, you should receive a cancellation email automatically.

  • Double-check spam or promotions folders just in case.
