In-Store Pickup Orders

The Run Fair® Fee (when applicable) is non-refundable unless the retailer has to proactively cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances.

The Run Fair® Fee ensures the fairness of the launch itself, not the pickup process.

This applies regardless of whether payment has already been taken or is due at the store.
Fan-Requested Cancellations

If you request a cancellation from the retailer and they are able to accommodate it, the Run Fair® Fee will not be refunded.
