EQL+ covers the Run Fair® Fee on launches you enter while your membership is active. It doesn't apply to entries you submitted before you joined.
When EQL+ covers the fee
Your EQL+ membership needs to be active when you enter the launch. If it is, you won't see the Run Fair® Fee at entry, and you won't be charged it if you're selected.
When the fee still applies
- You joined after entering. If you entered a launch and then joined EQL+, the fee still applies to that entry. EQL+ covers launches you enter from the day you join, not entries you'd already submitted.
- Your membership wasn't active when you entered. If your membership was cancelled, or a renewal payment didn't go through, the fee applies to anything you entered during that time.
The Run Fair® Fee is non-refundable in both cases.
Think you were charged by mistake?
If your EQL+ membership was active when you entered and you were still charged the fee, submit a request with:
- The launch name
- A screenshot of the charge
- The email address on your EQL account
