If you’re an active EQL+ member but your Discord role isn’t appearing in the EQL server, don’t worry — this is usually a quick sync issue. Try the steps below before reaching out to Support.
1. Check You’re Logged Into the Correct Discord Account
When connecting Discord to EQL, make sure you’re authorising the exact Discord account you intend to use.
It’s common to have multiple Discord logins (or be signed into different accounts across browser and app), which can result in the wrong account being connected.
2. Reconnect Discord in Your EQL Account
- Log in at app.eql.com
- Go to your Account Settings
- Disconnect Discord (if the option is available)
- Reconnect Discord and complete the full authorisation flow again
- Return to the EQL Discord server and check if your role has updated
3. Confirm Your EQL+ Subscription Is on the Correct Account
If you have more than one EQL account, you may be reconnecting Discord to an account that does not have an active EQL+ membership.
Please double-check you’re logged into the correct account before reconnecting.
4. Refresh Discord
After reconnecting:
- Fully close and reopen Discord, or
- Log out and log back in
Role updates can sometimes take a few minutes to sync.
Still Not Seeing Your EQL+ Role?
If you’ve tried all of the above and your role still hasn’t appeared, reach out to Support with:

We’ll take a look and get this sorted for you.
