How do I cancel EQL+?

To unsubscribe from EQL+, please take the following steps:

1. Log in to your EQL account at app.eql.com
2. Click on the profile in the top right corner of the page and select “Account settings”
3. Under “Subscription”, select “Manage your subscription”
4. Select “Cancel plan”, then follow the prompts to cancel plan 

Note: Your membership for the remainder of that billing cycle will remain active, and cancel upon your next billing date. EQL does not issue refunds on EQL+ memberships.
