Exclusive Access launches operate differently from standard EQL launches.
Instead of being open to all fans, the retailer selects eligible participants and sends them a unique invitation code via email. This code is required to access and enter the launch.
How Are Codes Distributed?
Codes are sent exclusively by the retailer, not by EQL.
EQL does not have visibility into or control over how invite codes are selected or distributed.
I Did Not Receive a Code. Can EQL Send Me One?
No, EQL is not able to issue, resend, or replace invite codes.
If you did not receive a code, it means you were not eligible for this launch based on the retailer’s selection criteria.
My Code Has Already Been Used. What Happens Now?
Invite codes are one-time use only.
Once a code has been redeemed, it cannot be used again and cannot be replaced.
