For some pick up launches, retailers will request a valid ID to ensure the person picking up the product is the same person who entered and was selected. This helps prevent fraud and keeps the process fair for everyone.
🪪 What kind of ID is acceptable?
Accepted forms of ID can vary depending on the retailer and region, but generally include:

Any government-issued identification
❌ Not accepted: IDs issued by private entities, such as schools, gyms, or workplaces, are not considered valid for pickup purposes.
What if the name on my entry doesn’t match my ID?
If your name doesn’t match your ID and the draw has already closed, EQL is unable to make any changes or assist. Retailers typically require an exact match, and mismatches may result in your product not being released.
