Selection depends on stock availability, and for high-demand launches, entries can be 100x higher than the available inventory. Because of this, not everyone will be selected even with a valid entry.
While we don’t share the specifics of our technology, you can improve your entry quality by following the rules. This includes entering once per person, using your own shipping address, and ensuring your payment details are valid and in your name. Fair and accurate entries help maintain a level playing field for all fans.
Our EQLIZER system is designed to recognize ongoing participation. Each time you enter and are not selected, your likelihood of being selected in future launches with the same retailer can improve over time. That said, the EQLIZER does not guarantee a win, and selection is never assured.
Because the EQLIZER applies on a per-retailer basis, consistent and valid participation with the same retailer can strengthen your entry quality with that retailer.
For high-demand launches, we recommend going in with the understanding that selection is not guaranteed. These launches are highly competitive, but staying consistent and following the guidelines gives you the best chance over time.
