Selection depends on stock availability. For high-demand launches, entries can run 25 to 100 times higher than available inventory, so not everyone with a valid entry will be selected.
While we do not share the specifics of our technology, entry quality is something you control. Enter once per person, use your own shipping address, and make sure your payment details are valid and in your name. Accounts can be flagged for multiple entries from one person, payment issues, mismatched or suspicious shipping details, or signs of automated entry. Fair and accurate entries keep the playing field level for every fan, and that is the standard Run Fair® is built on.
Our EQLizer system recognises ongoing participation. Each time you enter and are not selected, your entry quality with that same retailer can improve over time. EQLizer applies per retailer. It starts from zero for a retailer you have not entered with before, and resets once you are selected to purchase. EQLizer is never a guarantee of selection, and we have no way to guarantee or advise when you will be selected.
For high-demand launches, go in knowing that demand is high and selection is limited. Staying consistent and following the guidelines above gives you the best entry quality over time.
