How do I delete my account?

If you’d like to permanently delete your EQL account, you can do so directly through the Fans App website.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Go to app.eql.com

2. Log in with your EQL account credentials.
   
   
   

3. Navigate to your Profile

   • Click the Profile button in the lower-left corner of the screen.
     

4. Access Settings

   • On your profile page, click the Settings wheel in the upper-right corner.
     

5. Scroll to “My Details”

   • Under My Details, scroll to the bottom of the page.

   • You’ll see an option to Delete Account.
     

6. Delete and Confirm

   • Click Delete Account.

     • When you’re ready, confirm to permanently delete your account.

⚠️ Important Note

Deleting your account is permanent. Once confirmed:

• Your account and all associated data will be completely removed from our system.

• We are unable to recover deleted accounts.

• If you choose to sign up again in the future, your EQLizer score will reset to zero.
