If you were successful in the launch and would like to update the name on the shipping address you submitted, please note that EQL provides the platform for the launch on behalf of the retailer, but the retailer handles sales, supply, and shipping.
If you need to make changes to your order after purchase, please reach out directly to the retailer using the contact information provided in your results email. Once a launch has closed, EQL is unable to modify orders within the retailer’s system.
